Built for roofing companies

10–15 qualified roof estimates on your calendar every month

Done-for-you email outreach that fills your schedule with homeowners and property managers who already want a roof quote. No ad spend, no shared leads, no cold calling your crew has to do.

Why good contractors stay stuck

Your calendar is feast or famine

Great month, dead month. Crews idle, then slammed. There is no steady pipeline of estimates you can count on.

Leads cost more every year

Angi, Thumbtack and Google Ads keep raising the price of a lead you have to share with four competitors.

Nobody has time to follow up

Old quotes, past customers and dead leads sit in your inbox worth six figures, and no one is touching them.

How it works

01

We pick your best job type

One service, one area, one ideal customer. Full roof replacement in these three zip codes. Not everything for everyone.

02

I build the outreach list

Verified property managers, realtors, GCs and past-customer lists — the people who hand out repeat work in your area.

03

I run the email campaigns

Written, sent and followed up daily from a dedicated domain so your main inbox and reputation stay clean.

04

You get booked estimates

Replies get qualified and dropped straight onto your calendar with name, address, job type and timeline.

Straight from the founder

Why you can trust this before I have a wall of testimonials

I’m Gavin Willinghan, and I run Booked Solid myself. I’m early, so I’m not going to paste fake five-star quotes on a website to look bigger than I am. Instead I take the risk off you:

You only pay for appointments that show

If a booked homeowner no-shows, it does not count toward your month.

Month to month, cancel anytime

No annual contract, no setup fee hidden in the fine print.

One roofer per territory

I will not run the same campaign for your competitor down the street.

You talk to me, not a rep

Every email, every list and every booking comes from me directly.

Want references? Ask me after your pilot month — and I’ll happily be the first case study you can call.

Simple pricing

Two ways to work together. Most DFW roofing companies pay $1,750 a month. Larger territories or higher-volume campaigns run up to $2,500.

Pilot month

$750 first month

One city, one campaign, everything built for you. Goal: your first booked estimates inside 30 days. Rolls into the monthly plan only if you want it to.

  • Outreach domain set up and warmed
  • Targeted list of 500 contacts
  • Campaign written and sent daily
  • Replies qualified and booked for you

Ongoing partner

$1,750/mo

Continuous outreach and follow-up so your calendar never goes quiet again. Larger territories or higher appointment targets are quoted up to $2,500/mo.

  • 1,000+ new contacts reached monthly
  • Multi-step follow-up sequences
  • Past-customer reactivation campaigns
  • Weekly appointment report
  • Exclusive to one company per area

Questions owners ask

How is this different from buying leads?

Bought leads are sold to three or four of your competitors at the same time. These conversations are yours only, and they start with someone replying to you.

Will this get my email flagged as spam?

No. Everything sends from a separate domain I set up and warm up. Your primary business email is never used for outreach.

How fast do appointments start?

Setup takes about a week. First replies usually land in week two, first booked estimates by week three or four.

What if it doesn't work?

First month is a pilot. If you don't get qualified appointments on your calendar, you don't continue and you keep every asset I built.

Let's fill next month with roof estimates

Tell me your service area and the type of roof work you want more of. If I can't fill your calendar with qualified estimates, I'll tell you straight.
